I have had a dreadful experience with purchasing furniture from Fishe and Lilly. The Wright bedside cabinet arrived with no legs or fixings. I contacted customer support and was assured that legs would be sent out to me. I received legs for a completely different item despite sending a photo of the item number from the packaging box and quoting my order number. I contacted customer support again and received another package of incorrect legs. This happened two more times so in total I have four sets of incorrect legs. I was then informed there were no replacement legs in the warehouse and that I would have to wait. I found it utterly ridiculous that I had an item of furniture I could not use yet had paid for. I was then offered the option to return the bedside cabinet for Fish and Lilly to then send out a complete replacement. This took over a month to sort out and I feel my whole experience has dampened any positive comments I may have made about the cabinet.

Beautiful drawers. I looked at do many options as these were not cheap but I realised I needed to invest and do glad I did. Real quality, very well packaged too.
Shame the delivery driver left them outside my house..didn't even ring the bell.. luckily I was in and saw him drive off leaving them in full view on my drive.

Bought two of these bedside tables and one was missing the hardware to put together, contacted for a replacement set which was received via an Amazon delivery but the parcel only contained the screws and not the necessary washers as well to assemble. Re-contacted to only be ignored, very disappointing to have to buy the hardware myself to assemble. However, the one that has been assembled looks nice.

Product itself is really great, well made, solid, no rattling, easy to put together and no tools needed (draws come in one piece and legs need to be put on). Very happy with them.
The delivery service left something to be desired and customer service a little bit long winded, but the quality of the product means it still gets a 5* from me!
