Free Mainland UK Delivery
We are delighted to offer completely free, fully tracked delivery on all orders to Mainland UK and Wales, with no minimum spend required.
Please note: Deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland may incur a shipping surcharge, which will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
We know you are eager to receive your new furniture. All in-stock items are dispatched directly from our UK warehouses within 1 working day of your order being placed.
Delivery Timeframes & Methods

Details: Larger items require specialized care. Our scheduling team will contact you via phone or email within 1 working day of your purchase to arrange a delivery slot that is convenient for you. You may also have the option to schedule your delivery for free at checkout.
Transit-Tested Packaging
We take quality control seriously. To guarantee your items reach you in pristine condition, all Fishe and Lilly pieces are shipped in heavily reinforced, drop-tested packaging. Most items require only minimal assembly (such as attaching the legs), so you can enjoy your new furniture within minutes of its arrival.
