Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Products and their packaging may vary from their pictures, which may be for illustrative purposes
only.
We may change the Products. If we make substantial changes, we will notify you and you will be able to end your contract with us and receive a refund.
All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is out of stock it will be deleted from your orderor replaced with a similar Product.
4. Use of our Products
Our Products can only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and are aimed at assisting in preparation of food and beverages.
If you are buying Products containing N2O you have to comply with the provisions of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 and clause 12 below.
We will ask how you intend to use our Products. Our Products are for individual use and not for further resale. If you are interested in wholesale please contact us.
The Products may not be reproduced, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
5. Price
The prices of the Products are quoted on the Website. If we discover an error in the price of Product(s) you ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Prices for our Products may change from time to time, these changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed however we reserve the right to cancel such order.
6. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
7. Payment & Shipping
Payment must be completed before Products are dispatched. All payments processed on this website and all other owned and operated by us are handled by Shopify and not by us.
All payments made on this website are transacted by Shopify on their servers. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We offer free shipping.
9. Orders & Contract All orders are subject to availability of the Product and in case of an order for Products containing N2O, you meeting the eligibility criteria and fulfilling the Conditions specified in clause 12 below.
If you are placing an order for an item that by law we are only permitted to sell to customers who are 18 years or older, then by clicking the order confirm button you also confirm age eligibility. By clicking the order confirm button, you further acknowledge and consent to us taking steps to verify your age. We reserve the right not to supply an age-restricted product where we reasonably believe that you are below the minimum age.
When you place an order with us you will receive an order acknowledgement and subsequent update email(s). Receipt of the acknowledgement and these emails does not confirm that the order has been accepted by us.
All orders are subject to internal analysis before dispatch. The order can be held for up to 72 hours. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience this may cause you.
Products purchased from us are not for re-sale or distribution. We reserve the right to restrict ordering to a maximum quantity which may differ depending on product and reserve the right to cancel any orders which we suspect are being purchased for re-sale or distribution. If you intend to resell the product, please contact us about opening a Wholesale account.
We reserve the right to suspend the delivery and/or terminate the contract if any
Conditions are breached.
The contract between us is created when we accept your order and completed when we dispatch the Products to you. It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct Personal Information and in certain situations, your ID. It is your responsibility to provide us with any further information that we may need to fulfil your order.
If the Product is to be shipped abroad, you must check if the Products are permitted under your local laws. If applicable, you will be responsible for payment of any taxes and duties.
10. Delivery
We will need your telephone number on every order in case of delivery or payment issues. Wrong information provided may delay delivery.
We do not post Products containing N2O to University Halls of Residence, Colleges, Schools, Hospitals, Parcel Drop centres, lockers, Jersey.
This list is not exhaustive and reserve the right to cancel your order if we find that the address for delivery does not pass our internal investigation.
11. Returns Your right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund applies to most products bought online. Where you exercise this right you will be liable to pay the costs of return. You must contact us prior to sending the Product.
The Product must be returned in original packaging, unsealed and in resalable condition. The boxes of the Product containing N2O Nitrous oxide boxes must not be opened.
The returned product must include the order information (order number, full name, shipping address, date of purchase, reason for return).
12. Products containing N2O (nitrous oxide)
There are additional conditions relating to Products containing nitrous oxide, because, if misused or inhaled, it can cause health issues, such us narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.
Our Products are only for use in preparation of food and beverages.
We are required by law to ensure that the Products are not misused. Our staff are trained to ensure that sale of Products containing N2O is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016.
You can only buy these if you are over 18. We will require age verification and an email receipt of a Scan photo of ID (driving license, passport). We may ask you to confirm to us what the end-use of the Product will be and require some additional information and documentation. We reserve the right to hold an order for up to 72 hours to allow these enquiries.
You have the right to cancel your order whilst it is being analyzed. Such a cancellation will be treated as a rejection of your order and you will be blocked for future orders.
We will refuse service to anyone who we suspect is intending to abuse the Products we sell.
If you are a business and require larger quantities, please contact us to discuss a Wholesale Account. Before attempting to use any of our gas cartridges, ensure that you take the time to read through the manufacturer’s instructions that come complete with all of our Products. Failure to adhere to the safety precautions and breach of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 can lead to prosecution.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure and we will fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk.
