I purchased 2 of these in Oak. Both arrived well packed and required minimal assembly ( legs and knobs). They are very solid and heavy , with roomy drawers that glide well. They are a bit noisy when opening and closing, no way to put rubber bumpers to help with the issue. The bottoms of the drawers are thin and make a lot of noise when you place anything in the drawers— I got containers from Amazon to place inside and it helps a lot. Also, new night stands have a very strong glue+ wood smell, you will need to air them out for a while. Mine still have strong smell after 2 weeks .
